SCOTT WILLIAMS

Scott is a dynamic lawyer with a passion for helping his clients navigate the complexities of family law. After completing his Bachelor of Laws with USQ in 2022, he quickly earned his GDLP with the College of Law and was admitted as a Lawyer in December of that same year. He holds a current Practicing Certificate, demonstrating his commitment to excellence in the field of law.

Before transitioning to the legal profession, Scott started his working life as a golf professional. However, he found his true calling in the field of family law, and from 2021 to 2023, he worked at the Federal Circuit and Family Court in Brisbane. During this time, Scott gained a solid understanding of family law procedures and was determined to assist his clients in keeping their proceedings out of court wherever possible. He has seen the effects that court processes can have on families and is committed to helping his clients avoid this whenever possible.

When he's not working, Scott can be found driving his kids to various sports and work, riding bikes (mountain bikes and motorbikes), and trying to catch fish. He is a true outdoor enthusiast and enjoys spending time in nature.
